1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 03.03.2022 seeking information on the following points:

(i) Kindly intimate me that VIJAYA BANK, Amritsar was an authorized agent of United India Insurance Co. Ltd., for. sale of Mediclaim. Insurance Policy of United India Insurance Co. Ltd. in the year 01-04-2008 to 31-03-2019: (ii) Kindly intimate me the date of appointment of VIJAYA BANK, Amritsar as an agent of United India Insurance Co. Ltd., for sale of Mediclaim Insurance Policy. (iii) Kindly intimate.me the agency given to VIJAYA BANK, Amritsar was for permanent forever and for some limited period.

(iv) Kindly intimate me if the agency given to VIJAYA BANK, Amritsar was for limited period, so kindly intimate me the date from which the agency of VIJAYA BANK start and upto which date the said agency was valid/closed.

(v) Kindly intimate me United India Insurance Co. Ltd. was automatically renewing the agency of the Bank on due date or the Bank have to apply for renewal of its agency. …, etc./ other related information 2.
