ORDER

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 05.06.2023 seeking information on the following points:

(i) List having Name of Student/s who were/was overage but given the admission in B.Tech (Civil) i.e. who were over age as on 01.07.1995 and 01.07.1996 in the session year 1995-96 and 1996-97 and pass out in the year 2000 (4 years Degree Course) (age limit was not less then 16 years and not more than 23 years in this course).

(ii) List of candidates appeared in Common Entrance Test of B.Tech (Civil) in the year 1995,1996 and 1997.

(iii) List of Candidates/students who were selected for B.Tech (Civil) for the year 1995, 1996 and 1997.

(iv) Copy of Terms and condition to get admission in the year 1995-96 and 1996-97 (pass out in 2000).

(v) In B.Tech (civil) result dated 20.10.2000 student got 64.84% stood Ist Division or IInd division as per your university rules.

2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 07.07.2023 and the same is reproduced as under :-
