1. The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 08.09.2021 include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated 12.03.2021 and first appeal dated03.05.2021:-  Seeking the information towards your reply given to Ministry of State for Finance through letter no. CO/BSD/2020-21/1419 dated 02.03.2021. a) Seeking a copy of the email received from MOS office.

b) Seeking a copy of his consent to allow further 6 months after the expiry of the lease deed on 31.12.2018.

c) Provide confirmation & evidences towards after the said 6 months bank has issued any further letter with information of further banking or taken any permission for further continuing their banking business in his premises and holding he position as a trespasser on his premises till dateetc.

d) Seeking the confirmation & evidences of letter issued by the bank towards information to handover peaceful position as on 31.12.2020 to you mentioned in your above reply.

e) Seeking the copy of the letter issued by a bank in his favor with an information of vacating the premises as on 31.12.2020 to you as mentioned in your above reply.

f) Seeking the copy of a NOC issued under his signature with a confirmation of received the vacate possession of above premises as on 31.12.2020 along with the payment of entire dues as per the terms of lease deed duly mentioned in your above letter.

g) Provide the entire detail & evidence of payment of agreed rent of Rs. 6 lakh per month with interest for delayed payment witheffectfrom 01.01.2019 aftertheexpiryoftheleasedeedon 3l.12.20l8.

h) Providedetails of payment made by bank towards-part of the their obligation of payment of GST & KMC taxes for the period from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2018 as per your information duly mentioned in your above reply.

i) Provide confirmation that whether there is any agreed terms duly signed even mentioned in the lease deed that the landlord will pay the part of bank obligation of municipal & commercial tax by investing his own fund towardsfulfillingtheobligationofthebank. 'Please provide me a copy of the above-agreed terms.

j) Provide entire detail of payment of municipal & commercial tax for the period of 01.01.1984 to 31.12.1998 / 01.01.1998 to 31.12.2007 & 01.01.2008 to 31.12.2018. Provide the date of payment even detailed calculation sheets towards payment made by the bank after taken my written consent.

k) Provide details of payment of service/ GST taxes duly paid by the bank as per the terms of the lease deed for the entire lease period. Please provide the date and amount paid by the bank towards above part of the bank obligation, Please note that you made a confirmation in your above letter that all payment towards part of bank obligation as per terms of lease duly paid by the bank as on 31.12.2020.

l) Provide confirmation that the W.P. filed by him in Kolkata High court in 2015 towards the matter of non-payment of municipal, commercial & service taxes.

Please confirm.

m) Seeking a confirmation that for which subject matter and for which period of payment of taxes the W.P. was filed by me in Kolkata High Court in 2015.

n) Provide confirmation that the above W.P is still pending before Kolkata High court yes or not.

o) Provide confirmation that after a lapse of about 6 years, bank has issued a letter to me with information that bank is ready to pay the full amount with interest for which the above mentioned W.P was filed even still pending. Please confirm & provide me the reason for the above decision taken by bank'

p) Provideconfirmation that the bank has written in his several letters given to PMO/ RBI/ MOF/ MOS/ CVC/ DFS/ CPGRAM/ DPG/ CVO& others that as per order given by the High court bank has made the payment of KMC taxes.

Please provide the copy of said order passed by Honorable High Court.

q) Provide your brief written observation towards meeting held with Executive Director SRI SHEKHAWATJI on 02.08.2019, seeking a conf
