1. The appellant filed an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO)State Bank of India, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.The appellant seeking informationis as under:-

I request you to kindly issue the information under Right to information Act 2005, Section 6(1) Section a (a) in Telugu Section 2(J)(ii) Loan Account No.10905940668 Jilumudi Krishna Reddy S/o. Malakonda Reddy Under the above said account in 2005 he availed Loan from your bank to purchase Tractor kindly issue the copies of documents submitted by him.

(1) Registered Partition Deed Document No.2228t2002 (2) Revenue Title in respect of the lands, afterknowing the same issued Notice on 30.01 .2019 through my advocate. Duetothe reasons mentioned hereunder I required the information kindly issue the same. (1) As per Registered Partition Deed Document No.2228t2002 the land fallen to my share is not deleted in the Revenue Title Deed and availed loan from bank by submitting false information.

(2) Without clearing the loan amount availed from your bank, for purchase of Tractor Registration No.AP26N1372he sold the same illegally.
