The Appellant filed an online RTI Application dated 21.04.2021 seeking information on the following eight points:

“Based on the decision taken by office of CPIO, RPFC-II, and the decision communicated to me by email by the said office of RO, Hyderabad (Madhapur) as on Tue, 20 Apr 2021, I am filing a fresh RTI, UNDER PROTEST Ref - TS / RO-HYD / RTIA / CPIO case No.389 /Desp No. 27

1) What are all the valid and legal options available in the EPFO portal for employers for updating relevant Reason for exit

2) A. Whether all the options for Reason for exit were available between the period from 1 Aug 2018 to 3 Aug 2020 in relevant EPFO portal for all employers under the jurisdiction of RO, Hyderabad (Madhapur)

2) B. Are there separate computer servers maintained for each RO of EPFO to record actions taken on EPFO portal OR Is there a centralized server maintained for all concerned Regional offices of EPFO

3) I have a Right to know whether EPFO recorded any sort of technical error on the EPFO portal for Employers OR Company specifically with reference to the subject field Reason for exit updation. Please Clarify in vivid detail
