1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 16.04.2023 seeking the following information:

 It is on record that there is a criminal case, pending in Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Bengaluru in PCR NO.4171/2020 and Fill registered in SR Layout Police station through CRIME NO 120/2021 against Alok Kumar employee of union Bank of India, General Manager, Bengaluru for Harassment of Women Employee of the Bank. Alok Kumar has been promoted from Deputy General Manager (DGM) to General Manager(GM) Promoting an employee against whom Criminal case is Pending for Harassment of Women Emplover of the lank gives encouragement to other employees who are involved in Harassment of Women Employee and creates fear among other women employees for victimization and in this way Bank Management failed to provide safe and secure work environment for women employee as there are many sexual Harassment cases occurred in recent Past in Union BANK OF India where a Chandigarh Women Employee was forced to committee suicide due to Harassment.
