O R D E R

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 01.06.2023 seeking information on the following points:

(i) “(cid:2)ाथ(cid:5) की सहायक कुलसिचव के पद हेतु गढ़वाल िव(cid:22)िव(cid:23)ालय (cid:24)ारा आयोिजत की गयी (ii) (cid:2)ाथ(cid:5) को सामा3 4ेणी की कट ऑफ माक8 िल9 की (cid:2)ित उपल0 करवाने का क1 कर2।

(iii) सामा3 4ेणी के अ:िथ8यों के सा(cid:31)ा;ार हेतु जारी की गयी िल9 की अ(cid:29)<म मे=रट के (iv) सी०आर०आर० >ल के अनुसार एक पद पर 15 अ:िथ8यों को सा(cid:31)ा;ार हेतु बुलाये

2. Having not received any response from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 03.06.2023.

3. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 26.06.2023 and the same is reproduced as under:-

Aggrieved with the FAA’s order, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated 10.08.2023 resubmitted on 18.09.2023 alleging that the original reply of the CPIO was never received by him and he suspects that the reply was never sent, therefore insists for the dispatch proof of the reply to be provided. It was further alleged that in compliance with the FAA’s order, the information was received by him via email but he is aggrieved
