O R D E R

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 16.12.2022 seeking information with respect to Smt. Apeksha Garg on the following points:

(i) Please provide her monthly basic salary.

(ii) Please mention the perks, benefits, allowances & their rates admissible to her.

(iii) Please mention whether she is entitled for any company provided accommodation.

(iv) Please mention if she is residing in any company provided accommodation.

(v) If answer to point 4 is YES, mention the level of accommodation provided to her.

(vi) If information to point 4 is NO, then please provide the details and rates of allowances i.e. House Rent Allowance (HRA)/ any other allowance in lieu of that.

(vii) Number of persons dependent upon her for availing employee benefits like medical facilities etc.

(viii) Salary slip for month of October, 2022.

2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 14.01.2023 and the same is reproduced as under:-
