O R D E R

1. The Complainant filed an RTI application(s) dated 03.11.2020 seeking similar information in respect of f (1) Mr. Surya Kant Chaturbedi (2) Mr. Vikash Chaturbedi and (3) Mr. Navneet Chaturbedi all resident of Kathal More, Gatua Road, Mansarovar, Pundar, near Jagannath Garden, Village/Town Near TOP, Khunti, Jharkhand on the following points:

(i) Date of opening of Locker in any of the branches of Andhra Bank situated at Ranchi.

(ii) Date of operation of Locker as at Sl.1 above until today.

2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 17.12.2020 and the same is reproduced as under:-

“1. Related to third party and same is exempted under section 8 (1) (j) of the Act.

2. Related to third party and same is exempted under section 8 (1) (j) of the Act.

3. Reply not required.”

3. Aggrieved with the non-receipt of any CPIO’s reply, the Complainant approached the Commission with the instant Complaint dated 20.06.2023.

4. The Complainant as well as the respondent remained absent during the hearing despite notice.
