1. The Complainant filed an RTI application dated 06.04.2023 seeking information on the following points:

This is to let you know that I Himanshu Tribhuvan has completed my final year (3rd) in December 2022 from IGNOU, but the problem is that the IGNOU is not uploading the marks of my assignments. Even after requesting them and explaining them my concern to the university at www.igram.ignou.ac.in WHOSE GRIEVANCE TOKEN NO. IS - 31223181491925, they are not taking it seriously. They simply asked me to send my details to rcdehradun@ignou.ac.in and the regional center Dehradun advise me to contact my study centre- DAV P.G. COLLEGE-2705, but none of them are solving my problem even after providing them the proof of submission. Sir/Mam, I have informed them that I need my mark sheets and other documents on an urgent basis, but I think IGNOU is not concerned about the students. Therefore, it is my humble request to look into this matter on an urgent basis as my future depends
