ORDER

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 09.11.2022 seeking question paper with answer key of ICAR-AIEEA-UG, PG and SRF exam, held in 2022.

2. Having not received any response from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal on 19.12.2022. The FAA’s order, if any, is not available on record.

3. Aggrieved with the non-receipt of any FAA’s order, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated 10.02.2023.

4. The Appellant remained absent during the hearing and on behalf of the Respondent, Ashok Kumar, Assistant Director & CPIO along with Sangeeta, Consultant attended the hearing in person.

5. The Respondent submitted that there was some delay in uploading the averred question paper and answer keys on their website due to which the reply was also provided to the Appellant via email on 21.06.2023 after a certain delay. Further, the attention of the bench was invited towards an email received from the Appellant on 23.05.2024 stating to the CPIO that information has been received by him after a delay though, but nothing pending remains in the matter and has urged that the said email be filed with CIC during the hearing.
