ORDER

(11.05.2023) 1. The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 09.04.2021 include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated 27.10.2020 and first appeal dated 05.01.2021:-

(i) Correspondence exchanged between Vigilance Deptt. and Disciplinary Authority before awarding punishment of dismissal to the appellant.

(ii) Name of his successor and period he worked there in Jaipur Regional Office.

(iii) Date of entry of Sri Bharat Bomb as customer of Bank and as a customer his first branch in Jaipur Region and name of authority, who verified his antecedents.

(iv) Date of assignment given to the firm M/s Nirmal Soni & Co. as concurrent auditors, and any other firm which was allotted as concurrent audit job, in which Sri Bharat Bomb was partner/sleeping partner and name of the authority who recommended and assigned the job to his company.

(v) Name of the incumbents who worked as head of Jaipur Region from time to time after entry of Mr. Bharat Bomb as chartered accountant in Bank and as customer of Bank.

(vi) Internal audit report and RBI audit report of Jaipur
