The Complainant filed an online RTI Application dated 16.08.2018 seeking information on the following eleven points:

1) “Details to be furnished in respect of the following hiring cars by Chennai Port Trust for its officials Copies of Trip sheet/log book to be furnished for the period from 01.01.2018 to till date to the following vehicles.

a) TN 01 AW 4968 Ford Fiesta A/c

b) TN09 CA 3308 TATA. SAFARI STROME

c) TN 09 CF 0857 MARUTHI SUZUKI SWIFT DZIRE

d) TN 09 CF 0914 MARUTHI SUZUKI SWIFT DZIRE 

e) TN09 CF 0094 MARUTHI SUZUKI SWIFT DZIRE

f) TN09 CF 0948 MARUTHI SUZUKI SWIFT DZIRE

2) Whether any of the officer has been provided two car simultaneously, if yes name of the officer and registration number of vehicle shall be provided.

3) Fuel filling details to be furnished for above said vehicles for the above period.

4) Snap shot of current odo meter or any other material evidence to show that current reading to be furnished for the above vehicles.

5) Can any vehicle without yellow number plate are utilized for ferrying of officers of the Trust. if so, furnish the details along with registration number, and name of the officer.
