ORDER

1. The appellant filed an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Mumbai seeking following information:-

“Kindly provide the following information relating to recruitment of Official Language Implementation only for which written exam was held on 05 August 2018 and interview and medical exam held between 24 September 2018 to 26 September 2018 and I was a candidate of said recruitment.

1. Scanned certified copy of grading sheets of group discussion by each member of the panel for the post of official Language implementation showing marks obtained by each candidates in group discussion.

2. Minimum marks required in group discussions for qualifying first round of personal interview.

3. Minimum qualifying marks required for second round of personal interview.

4. Scanned certified copy of grading sheets of group discussion by each member of the panel for the post of Official Language implementation showing marks obtained by me and the reasons entered by the members of interviewing panel of group discussion for disqualifying me for the first round of personal interview.
