1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 20.04.2023 seeking the following information:

 Provide the question paper with question series code no: NIOSHQ010001015016 of On Demand Exam of Secondary (10th) of subject – Mathematics (211) which was conducted on 12th January 2023(Thursday). My required registration details including student hall ticket and student identity card are hereby enclosed with this letter.

2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 01.06.2023 and the same is reproduced as under:- “It is to inform you that, this type of information is exempted from disclosure under section 8 (1) (d) of the RTI Act, 2005.”

3. Dissatisfied with the response received from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 14.07.2023 alleging that the reply given by the CPIO was incomplete, false and misleading. The FAA vide order dated 01.09.2023 upheld the reply of CPIO.

4. Aggrieved with the FAA’s order, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated 14.11.2023.
