1. The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 15.12.2021 include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated 08.07.2021 and first appeal dated 18.09.2021:- (i) List of loan takers names whose loans above 100 Crs. are technically written off during each financial year since 2011-12 till 2020-21 along with write off amount.

(ii) For each of this loan account how much recovery was made till 31 st March

2021 even though they were technically written off from books.

(iii) Total write off done for all defaulters whose outstanding amount was more than 100 crores in each financial year from 2012-13 till 2020-21.

(iv) Total recovery made against these write offs in each financial year from 2012- 13 till 2020-21.

(v) Total write off done for all defaulters whose outstanding amount was less than

50 lakhs in each financial year from 2012-13 till 2020-21.

(vi) Total recovery made against these write offs in each financial year from 2012- 13 till 2020-21
