(19.04.2023) 1. The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 20.06.2021 include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated 04.04.2021 and first appeal dated 16.05.2021:-

(i) Provide the name of the AMO office under whose jurisdiction the Benz Circle falls as on the date of Branch Proposal of M/s Putra Jaya Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Limited?

(ii) Provide the copy of the recommendations of AMO Office Vijayawada recommending the proposal to SME city Centre Visakhapatnam?

(iii) Provide the role played by AMO Vijayawada in monitoring the disbursements in the account M/s Putra Jaya Hotels & Resorts Private Limited as per the job card of AMO office Branch Circular.

(iv) Provide the copy of the sanctioned proposal of M/s Putra Jaya Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Limited?

(v) Provide the memorandum noting the proposal of M/s Putra Jaya Hotels & Resorts Private Limited by the competent authority i.e. Zonal Manager Visakhapatnam Zone duly endorsed by Deputy Zonal Manager (vi) Provide copy of the sanctioned review proposal of Vijayawada Zonal Office (reportedly sanctioned by SZLCC headed by Deputy Zonal Manager in 2020?

(vii) Provide the copy of the Review proposal duly sanctioned by SZLCC?

(viii) Provide the copy of the functional department note presented to Zonal Manager for NOTING of the Review Proposal BY zonal Manager?

(ix) Provide copy of the SAR submitted by Branch to Zonal Office and Zonal Office to the committee for closure of staff accountability since the account comes under quick mortality?

(x) Provide the details of the FIR filed in the suicide of the one of the spouses of the director and or guarantor in the account as reported?

(xi) Provide the copies of the pre and post sanction inspection reports and approvals of Branch Head for disbarment of loan disbursements?

(xii) Provide the name of the AGM of SME City Centre Visakhapatnam who had processed / recommended and sanctioned the proposal?

(xiii) Provide the tenure of the then AGM Visakhapatnam SME City Centre at Vijayawada Branch Main Branch?

(xiv) Provide copy of the schemes formulated by AGM (Shri T V Rao-154346) SME City Centre Visakhapatnam during his tenure such as Finance to Gold Smiths under cluster finance made at Tenali and Nazarpet Branches and Granite Units at Maruturu (After Chilakaluripet) at Guntur Branches?

(xv) Provide the total number of accounts and aggregate amount of Bank exposure now turned as NPA in all the accounts processed and sanctioned by SME City Centre during the period of Shri T Venkateshwara Rao who was promoted now as DGM and his name is in waiting list?

(xvi) Provide the total number of directors in the account M/s Putra Jaya Hotels and Resorts private limited as on the date of incorporation on 17-07-2018?

(xvii) Provide the date of reporting of Mr. Tadiboina Nageswara Rao as Branch Head of Benz Circle Branch?

(xviii) Provide the date of reporting of Shri T Venkateshwara Rao as AGM SME City Centre, Visakhapatnam?

(xix) Provide the name of the Branch Manager who had processed and recommended the proposal of M/s Putra Jaya Hotels & Resorts Private Limited at Benz Circle Branch?

(xx) Provide the names of the Branch Head and recommended authority of M/s Putra Jaya Hotels & Restaurant Pvt. Limited at Benz Circle Branch.

(xxi) Provide the original date of creation of Banks charge and or registration of banks liabilities with the ROC portal in the account Putra Jaya Hotels and Resorts Private Limited?

(xxii) Provide the latest valuation of two immovable properties mortgaged in the account as collateral securities as the market reports indicates that the market value of these properties was highly inflated at that time of sanction?(similar modus operandi adapted in M/s Chemol Technologies India Private Limited Ongole branch).
