FACTS The Complainant vide his RTI application sought information on points, as under:- 1. I have made a complaint Dated 04th February 2022 to the LG office and the same was forwarded to your office by the LG office on dated 07th March 2022. Please tell me the current status of my complaint.

2. tell me the reason why no reply given to me on my complaint till date.

3. tell me the reason of delay to take action on my complaint till date.

4. tell me what action is taken on my complaint till date by your department.

5. provide me only designations of the officer/ clerks who are kept/ working on my complaint from the day it received in your office to till date and also provide me the no. of days officer/ clerk kept my complaint till date and the progress they made on my complaint with all diary entry details with documents attached.

6. provide an action taken report with all documents on my complaint from the date of received from LG office to till date.

7. Is my complaint is put up before the head of your department if yes please provide me a copy of the document with the officers remarks on my complaint and also provide me designation of the officer.
