1. The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 17.11.2021 include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated 10.07.2021 and first appeal dated 31.08.2021 which is reproduced as under:- (i) Give me the account statement of my account No' *******857 from the date of its opening' till today (ii) Give me the copies of complete set of documents (1) executed and obtained from the borrower (myself) (2) executed and obtained from the guarantor(s) at the time of sanctioning the loan as listed below I) copy of loan application tendered by the borrower.

II) Copy of pre sanction survey.

III) Copies of Lawyer’s reports, taken if any.

IV) Copies of search reports of mortgaged property.

V) Copy of valuation report taken at the time of sanction of loan.

VI) Copies of complete records of properties mortgaged in favour of the bank.

VII) Copy of repayment schedule of the loan.

VIII) Copies of all the affidavits available on loan file.

IX) Copies of all the revival letters up to date.

X) Copy of record of mortgage deed as applicable to my loan.

XI) Copies of all the documents pertaining to mortgage of property.

XII) Copy of agreement executed between the bank and the borrower. XIII) Copy of agreement executed between the bank and the guarantor.

iii) Give me the name designation and present posting of the officer(s) who had sanctioned the loan in my favor.

iv) Give me the details of any other security taken by the Bank to secure the loan given to me.

v) Give me the copies of notinqs of Audit Reports conducted by the auditors front time to time on mv said loan account from the date of its opening till today.

vi) Please provide me the copies of all the withdrawals & debit vouchers (front &

backside, wherever-required) pertaining to my loan account since the date of its opening till today.

vii) Please provide me the copies of all the deposit slips / credit vouchers pertaining to the said accounts since the date of its opening till today.

viii) Supply me the copy of guidelines, terms & conditions of scheme of the Bank under which this loan is sanctioned in my favor.

ix) Copy of check list of documents compulsory to be obtained from the loanee before sanctioning such like loans by your Bank.

x) Please give the balance confirmation certificates in respect of the said loan accounts in my name.

xi) Please supply me (l) the copies of notices, letters or intimations sent to the borrower from the date of its NPA, if any, till today (2) with proof of delivery thereof.

xii) Please give the detail of all the charges debited to my account, since the date of sanction of the said loans till today.

xiii) Give the copies of .ONE TIME SETTLMENT SCHEMES' (1) announced by the Bank (2) by the RBI (3) by the Government during the last 4 years applicable to my loan if any.

xiv) Please inform the status- category- stage of default of the said accounts viz.

doubtful I, II, III, loss, AUCA etc. as segregated by the Bank with dates thereof xv) Please give me the copy of Lock Down benefits due to Covid-I9, announced by the Bank, Government and the Hon'ble Apex Court of the country in line with the Civil Writ Petition- PIL-77-2021.

xvi) Give me the complete set of documents if the Bank has filed any suit in Court of Law against me or the guarantor in regard to this loan i.e. (l) the name of the Court (2) Number of the case (3) date of its institution (4) list of documents relied upon in the case.

xvii) Pl inform me whether my property has been auctioned or not, if auctioned please give me (1) the video recording of such auction (2) names of the staff/ officers who were present at the time of auction (3) name of venue of the auction (4) the list of bidders (5) amount of sale proceeds of the auction (6) copy of complete record of proceedings of auction (7) copy of valuation report taken from the valuer the time of auction and (8) each & every document pertaining to the 'auction'
