1. The appellant filed an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO)The New India Assurance Company Limited, Mumbai.The appellant seeking information is as under:-

“Please provide following information under RTI Act with regard to reimbursement of mediclaim lodged under CCN MD14385265 MD Id No. MD15-0032961113, IC CLAIM NUMBER: TP00512070018900090781 under policy no.

120700/34/18/04/00000003:-

1. Provide the datewise & official wise information that how many total number of emails received from email id bs.rana@icindia.com by Ms. Sonu Mahato, MDI (TPA), Ms. Deepti Pawar & Sh. Sanjay Paigankar for my mediclaim.

2. How many reverted to my email id by all three official, please provide datewise summary etc.
