O R D E R

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 03.04.2023 seeking information on the following points:

 This is with reference to the National Testing Agency (NTA) Notice dated 23/03/2023 (Annexure-1, Supporting document), providing Link to download Responded Question Paper, Model Answer Key and challenging such Answer Key between 23/03/2023 to 25/03/2023, without Intimating the Candidates through SMS/EMAIL, about such facility and removal of the link on 25/03/2023 haphazardly.

It is to inform the NTA that many candidates including me were not able to download the Responded Question Paper and Model Answer Key due to Non- Intimation of such notice to the candidates either through SMS or Email.The NTA haphazardly published such Notice on 23rd March itself, provided link for 23rd 25th March, and removed such Link on 25th March Night, depriving many candidates including me, even access to their genuine responded question papers.

In this regard please provide me the following information:

(i) Provide the UGC NET December 2022 candidates the Link De Novo, to download their respective Responded Question Paper, Model Answer Key and reasonable time to challenge such Answer Key, AND A
