1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 31.01.2023 seeking information on the following points:

(i) When the resignation of any regular employee concerned is approved and effected by KVS during winter break, the concerned employee will get the winter break salary till the date of his/her resignation from service effected. Kindly provide the certified copy of KVS in this matter.

(ii) What are the financial benefits given to regular employee in case of technical resignation from service. Kindly provide certified copy of KVS in this matter.

(iii) What are the financial benefits given to regular employee in case of non-

technical resignation from service. Kindly provide certified copy of KVS in this matter.
