1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 03.12.2021 seeking information on the following points:

• Kindly provide the following information related to your branch for the Home loan A/c No. xxxxxxxxxxx1011.

(i) (a) When was the home loan sanctioned?

(b) Who was the competent authority to sanction the loan…etc.

(ii) (a) When was the loan disbursed?

(b) To whom the loan was disbursed…etc (iii) (a) Kindly provide the certificate copy of the property, against which the loan was sanctioned and disbursed?

(b) What is the current status of the property against which the loan had sanctioned… etc?

(iv) (a) Had all the documentation completed before sanction and disbursement of the loan? Kindly provide the list of documentation.

(b) Had any negligence found in the sanction of loan and its disbursement?

If yes, please elaborate … etc.

(v) (a) What is the guidelines of RBI in the sanction and disbursement of home loan? Kindly provide a certificate copy of it.

(b) Had all the guidelines of RBI fulfilled in this case? If not, then provide the reason….etc.
