1. The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 19.03.2021 include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated 01.12.2020 and first appeal dated 20.01.2021 :-
(i) “Loan statement of Cust ID-xxxxx8185 from account opening to closing.
(ii) Both term loan and working capital loan statement of Account No.xxxxx 0004 Cust ID-xxxxx8185.
(iii) How the loan Account is closed with outstanding amount? i.e.Rs.11,71,344. Is there any break law ?
(iv) How is it possible once loan account is closed without paying rest dues?
(v) If Account is closed, then why the Rice mill document is not released yet?”
2. Succinctly facts of the case are that the appellant filed an application dated 01.12.2020 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Bank of India, Bhubaneswar, seeking aforesaid information. The CPIO vide letter dated 02.01.2021 replied to the appellant. Aggrieved by the same, the appellant filed first appeal dated 20.01.2021.
