FACTS The Appellant vide RTI application sought information, as under:- 1. Details in the following format regarding all letters dispatched/sent from e- office account of Sh. Dharamveer, Steno/Sr. DSTE/UMB from 1/4/2021 to30/6/2022.

2. Photocopies of all letters details of which are mentioned in para 1 above.

3. Photocopy of Movement details (downloaded from e-office account of Dharamveer, Steno/Sr. DSTE/UMB) of every receipt/letter sent from e-office account which is mentioned in para 1 above.

4. Photocopy of complete (noting and correspondence side both are required) e- office file of OT-42 and OT-43 tenders awarded to firm M/S E-Sonic Enterprises- Sangrur.

5. Photocopy of Movement details (downloaded from e-office account of DSTE/UMB and Sr. DSTE/UMB) of e-office file as mentioned in para 4 above.

6. Photocopy of complete physical files for OT-42 and OT-43 of tenders awarded to firm M/S E-Sonic Enterprises-Sangrur.
