1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 17.10.2022 seeking information on the following points:

(i) Total Number of the landed property mortgaged with all Scheduled Banks operating in District Kinnaur against loan amount e.g. House loan etc. till date. (ii) Grand Total of the sum of rupees disbursed to the loanee in respect of point number 1, cited above, till date.

(iii) Are all mortgaged landed properties approved by the government of [IP, Deputy Commissioner Kinnaur, Gram Sabha of the respective Gram Panchayat of the Loanee as required under IIP land transfer and regulation act 1968, till date?

2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 07.11.2022 and the same is reproduced as under :-

“ln this context, we submit that the information sought by you regarding properties mortgaged with all scheduled Banks operating in District Kinnaur and total amount disbursed to borrowers etc. are not kept in public domain. Further it has neither been stated under which capacity you are seeking information of said accounts nor any documentary evidence in this respect has been enclosed with your application.”
