1. The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 11.03.2022 include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated 27.10.2021 and first appeal dated 21.01.2022:- (i) Certified photocopy of account opening form, which he filled and sign to open her bank account at Central Bank of India, At-PO- Ras, Tahsil-Borsad, Anand. (A/c no. XXXXX8899).

(ii) Please supply the certified photocopy of all attached documents that she submitted with account opening form to open her bank account at Central Bank of India, At-PO- Ras, Tahsil-Borsad, Anand.(A/c no. xxxxx8899).

(iii) Please supply the certified photocopy of bank statement from the date of opening this account to the date 30/10/2021.(A/c no. xxxxx8899).

(iv) Please supply the certified photocopy of front and back page of original deposit slip, that used to deposit the below mentioned cheque number: " 011079" of ICICI bank to my bank account.

Cheque Date: 07/02/2017 Pay name: Minaxiben Bharatsinh Dabhi.

Cheque Amount: Rs 9,00,000/- (Nine Lac Only)

(v) Please supply the certified photocopy of front and back page of below mentioned original cheque, that deposited in my bank account.

Cheque number: "011079 " from ICICI bank. Cheque Date: 07/02/2017 Pay name: Minaxiben Bharatsinh Dabhi. Cheque Amount: Rs 9,00,000/- (Nine Lac Only)

(vi) Please supply the information about how many times and in which forms (i.e through using cheque or using cash withdrawal slip) the money withdrawal attempts happened to.

(vii) Please supply the certified photocopy of front and back page of all the cheque/s that used to withdraw money from her bank account. (A/c no. xxxx8899).

(viii) Please supply the certified photocopy of front and back page of original cash withdrawal slip that used to withdraw money from her bank account. (A/c no.

xxxxxx8899).

(ix) Please supply information of all the reasons, includes any banking law or rule that supports, If denial of any information from above point (1) to point (7)”, 2. Succinctly facts of the case are that the appellant filed an application dated 27.10.2021 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Central Bank, Mumbai seeking aforesaid information. The CPIO vide letter dated 25.11.2021replied to the appellant. Aggrieved by the same, the appellant filed first appeal dated 21.01.2021 The First Appellate Authority (FAA) vide order17.02.2022 replied to appellant and dispose of the appeal. Aggrieved by that, the appellant filed second appeal dated11.03.2022 before the Commission which is under consideration.

3. The appellant has filed the instant appeal dated 11.03.2022 inter alia on the grounds that reply given by the CPIO was not satisfactory. The appellant requested the Commission to direct the CPIO to provide the complete information and take necessary action as per Section 20 (1) of the RTI Act.

The CPIO replied vide letter dated 25.11.2021 and the same is reproduced as under:- (i) Copy of account opening form, which you filled and signed to open bank account at Central Bank of India Branch-Ras Tal-Borsad (a/c- No. 3596378899) can be provided upon payment of photocopy charges of Rs. 20@ Rs. 2/- per page.

(ii) Photocopy of all attached documents that were submitted with account form to open bank account at Central Bank of India, Branch-Ras Tal-Borsad (a/c-No. 3596378899)

can be provided upon payment of photocopy charges of Rs. 26 @ Rs. 2/- per page.

(iii) Copy of Bank account statement from the date of opening this account (a/c- No.

3596378899) upto 30/10/2021 can be provided upon payment of photocopy charges of Rs. 6@ Rs. 2/- per page.

(iv) Photocopy of front & back page of original deposit slip that used to deposit cheque No. 011079 dated 07/02/2017 from ICICI Bank to your bank account can be provided upon payment of photocopy charges of Rs. 8@ Rs. 2/- per page.
