O R D E R

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 12.12.2022 seeking information on the following points:

(i) Whether ACP is still in existence after introduction of MACP orders. If so, a copy of such order/orders in which such specific mention is made, may please be supplied.

(ii) Whether the officials who got TBOP/BCR are eligible for fitment benefit on their regular promotion. if so, a copy of such orders may please be provided.

(iii) After thorough examination of MACP order, | could not find any mention as stated in the letter referred to above, that the ACP orders are in existence or reiterated. If it is not the interpretation of the PAO, Vijayawada, a copy of ruling/orders in which specific mention is made on the above points may please be provided.

(iv) I got only 2 financial upgradations within 30 year of service by wrongly withdrawing fitment benefit on AAO promotion contrary to the MACP orders. Information on action taken to compensate 3rd upgradation may please be intimated.

(v) The annual increment due on 01-07-2021 has not been given to me. The reasons for not giving the increment due on 01-07-2021, the information for non-drawal of the annual increment due to me may
