O R D E R
1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 27.10.2023 seeking information on the following points:
(i) While providing loan to flat no 110 on roof of 2nd floor plot no 36 patel nagar village kalyanpura tehsil sanganer jaipur whether JDA criteria 2020 or JDA approved construction permission letter issued by JDA was taken? If yes then try to give a copy of it.
(ii) You had stated in the letter no. JPR/RTI/PIO/2023-24/34 DATED 04.07.23 in response to the RTI application no. BKOBD/R/E/23/00908 dated 07.06.2023 that the bank sanctioned the loan after taking a legal search report from a panel lawyer, please provide a copy of this legal search report. I am ready to pay whatever expenses will be incurred in the above information.
2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 03.11.2023 and the same is reproduced as under :-
(i) The Central Information Commission in its decision no CIC/80/A/2006/000045 , dated 21.04.2006 The RTI Act does not cast on the public authority any obligation to answer queries in which the petitioner attempts to elicit answer to his queries with prefixes as why, what when and whether.
