O R D E R

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 05.04.2023 seeking the following information:

“Union Bank of India m Sub staff ya daftary post k logo k liye branch rotation policy hai kya?

Yadi hai to uska circular number aur circular ka copy uplabdh karaye.”

2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 25.04.2023 and the same is reproduced as under :-

“As per information sought, we would like to inform you that rotation policy is as per bipartite settlement.”

3. Dissatisfied with the response received from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 08.05.2023 alleging that the information provided was incomplete, false and misleading. The FAA’s order dated 08.06.2023 directed the respondent to send a revised reply along with a copy of the settlement to the appellant as provision of RTI Act, 2005.

Subsequently, the CPIO complied with FA order vide letter dated 17.06.2023 and the same is reproduced as under:-

“Kindly refer to the staff Circular No. 7333. Certified copy of the same is enclosed as Annexure 1 with this reply.”

4. Aggrieved with the FAA’s order, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated nil.
