ORDER

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 29.07.2022 seeking information on the following points:

a) “A copy of all correspondence and documents received from Brig Vikram Ahooja in connection with his complaint against me regarding forgery of signature.

b) Any other document received from Brig Vikram Ahooja wherein my name is mentioned in 'any' regard.

c) Copy of One Man Inquiry report conducted in 2018-2019 by Shri Amit Kumar (then Director in Dte of Adm) with respect to CSD canteen, CQAS Credit Cooperative Society and Defence Inspection Employees Cooperative Housing Society. In case a copy cannot be provided, I may be allowed to peruse the same in your office.

d) A copy of all documents received from the court of XI ACMM, Secunderabad to include initial information, copy of application/ petition, reply submitted by DGQA, any other information/document received (Cr No. 125/2019, CC 616/2022 refers).

e) All replies furnished with respect to Para 1 (d) above.

f) A copy of any other correspondence on the above-mentioned case to Army/DGQA estt or Civil Court/Police/Admin.”
