ORDER

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 21.07.2022 seeking information as under:

     “Pursuant to recommendations of 2nd Administrative Reforms Commission, a review of the Government of India (Allocation of Business Rules), 1961 (AOBR) was carried out in 2010, Cabinet Secretariat invited proposals from Ministries / Departments for modifications in the entries in the Second Schedule to the AOBR, It noticed that the proposed changes would, in some cases, impact the business allotted to other Ministries/Departments it therefore placed all proposals received on its website and, by letter dated 09 July 2010, requested all GOI Secretaries to communicate to it if any amendments proposed by other Ministries/Departments were not acceptable to them or if they wished to make further changes. Cabinet Secretariat  letter dated 09 July 2010 is archived on its website at:
