O R D E R
1. The complainant filed an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, Hyderabad seeking information on two points, including, inter-alia:-
(i) Certified copy of the letter of opinion of the Additional Solicitor General of India dated 30.04.2003 addressed to the Chairman, IRDAI regarding powers of the Authority, IRDAI under Section 14(2)(b) of the IRDA Act, 1999;
(ii) Certified copy of the notice/letter of directions dated 08.05.2003 written by the Chairman cum Managing Director of the Oriental Insurance Company Limited in pursuance to the above mentioned letter of opinion from the Addi
