1. The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 12.10.2022 include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated 09.08.2022 and first appeal dated 11.09.2022:- Details of information sought :- (i) Please furnish the certified copy of note/letter/email showing the approval /pernission/sanction of Competent Authority of Bank of Baroda to file petition before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court as per Annexure-2 to letter No HO:LEGAL:114:rti:273/444 dated 05.08.2022t to challenge the order dated 07.06.2022passed by Information Commissioner, Shri Suresh Chandra, Central Information Commision (CIC), New Delhi in the matter of Second Appeal No CIC/BKOBD/A/2019/129333 filed before the CIC by Applicant of this RTI Application.

(ii) Please furnish the certified copy of Memorandum/Circular/Extant guidelines etc, issued by Bank of Baroda for extending legal and financial support to those serving /retired employees upon whom financial penalty is imposed by Hon’ble Central Inforamtion Commision, under the provisions of RTI Act, 2005.
