1. The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 10.10.2021 include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated 24.07.2021 and first appeal dated 29.08.2021:-  Appellant sought accurate replies and document copies (i) “In my previous RTI Ref no: UBIND/R/E/21/00621 Receipt Date: 12.05.2021 Refer the Query :1) I ask my own SB account A/c Opening form with proper attestation but you simply scanned the opening form and upload it in the RTI portal… For your kind information that image is not much clear so, I am not able to find out the accurate information from my own a/c opening form. So, in this RTI stage give me the Xerox copy (Hard Copy) in high quality paper of my own SB a/c opening form with proper attestation. And sent to it to my residential address which I mentioned in RTI on line portal. [If you wish I am ready to pay the amount for those pages].”

(ii) In my previous RTI Ref no: UBIND/R/E/21/00621 Receipt Date: 12.05.2021 Refer the Query: 1.6) You mention PMSBY for my query! What is this? I can’t understand. It is just abbreviation kindly in this stage give me the expansion and give me the additional information.

(iii) In my previous RTI Ref no: UBIND/R/E/21/00621 Receipt Date: 12.05.2021 Refer the Query: 4.4) You forget / fail to give me the accurate reply for this query… I ask the proposal forms which you collect from me in the time of policy completion (PMSBY) It is my own proposal I have full rights to examine my own proposal but you simply ignore to issue the proposal forms!! In this First appeal stage I want the proposal with proper attestation Give me the Xerox copy in high quality paper (Hard copy). Give me the hard copy I am ready to pay it.If you fail I take this issue to higher level;

(iv) In my previous RTI Ref no: UBIND/R/E/21/00621 Receipt Date: 12.05.2021 Refer the Query: 7.3)As per your Bank record as on date how many Personalized cheque book you issued to me??

So, it is very clear as on date you issue three cheque books to me!! If you handover the cheque books to the customers / account holder means definitely you collect the acknowledgment from them!! Because without any acknowledgment banks especially public authority never handover any instrument / document to the customer / account holder. Yes or No. So, now you issue me the acknowledgment / proof that you handover the 3rd cheque book to me. Give me the valid evidence. If you Fail to prove then your previous RTI reply goes to false. Then I will take this issue to next level (v) In my previous RTI Ref no: UBIND/R/E/21/00621 Receipt Date: 12.05.2021 Refer the Query: 7.4) I am asking the requisition slip / letter which you received from me in the time of before third boo But you refuse my request!! I pay the 90 rupees charges for that 3 cheque book so, I have full rights to ask the copy of the requisition slip / letter. So, as per the section of 2(f) of RTI act 2005. Give me the copy of the Requisition slip with proper attestation. If you refuse means I take this issue to higher level.

(vi) In my previous RTI Ref no: UBIND/R/E/21/00621 Receipt Date: 12.05.2021 Refer the Query: 11.A) I ask the following query “In the following 709521367 policy completed in your Erstwhile Corporation Bank agency code 80001709 especially in Salem Town branch sub code 0667. YES or NO”?

2. Succinctly facts of the case are that the appellant filed an application dated 24.07.2021 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Union Bank of India, Salem. The CPIO vide letter dated 23.08.2021 replied to the appellant. Aggrieved by the same, the appellant filed first appeal dated 29.08.2021. The First Appellate Authority(FAA
