Information sought:
The Appellant filed an online RTI Application dated 28.01.2020 seeking information as under:
“Please provide a date and time when I can come and inspect all files related to the subject of reservations in faculty recruitment between the period Aug 2019 and January 2020.”
The CPIO vide online reply dated 27.02.2020, informed to the Appellant as under:

Being dissatisfied, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 01.03.2020. The First Appellate Authority vide order dated 30.03.2020, informed as under:
“I have examined your appeal and considering the government lock down due to covid 19 the date and me of inspection can be given after the lockdown is lied.”
Grounds for Second Appeal:
The Appellant filed a Second Appeal u/s 19 of the Act on the ground of unsatisfactory reply furnished by the Respondent. Appellant requested the Commission to direct the CPIO to provide complete information sought for and take appropriate legal action and disciplinary action against the Respondent.
