The Appellant filed an online RTI Application dated 19.05.2020 seeking information on the following five points:

1) “Kindly provide in yes or no if any subscription is done to the UAN number 100258858871 and /or PAN No BGEPD3131L from May 2016 till date that is May 2020 under various establishments like at HCL technologies, under RO Gurgaon in 2017 and 2018 etc. PLEASE INDICATE SPECIFICALLY NAME OF ESTABLISHMENT AND PERIOD OF ASSOCIATION AND SUBSCRIPTION DEPOSITED BY THE ESTABLISHMENT, however NO PERSONAL DETAILS IS REQUIRED. Kindly provide me link with the PAN Number BGEPD3131L and Date of Birth of 22.05.1988. The same is not a personal details, and is hence very much disclosable under RTI, and no third party personal data is claimed, so section 8 and 11 of RTI is not at all attracted, and it will be a valid evidence considerable in court of law to either prove or disprove her present status of employment. The matter pertains to LIFE AND LIBERTY OF ME. MY SON AND MY HUSBAND, SO REQUEST FOR PROVIDING ME THE INFORMATION AT THE EARLIEST. (if possible within 48 hours).
