1. The appellant filed the above mentioned four second appeals against the CPIOs, Union Bank of India, Bengaluru, seeking information regarding Bank audit report in respect of financial years 1.3.2016 to 01.03.2018, list of beneficiaries who have received or not received subsidy against the loan availed by them under PMEGP and CMEGP Scheme etc. All these appeals are clubbed together for hearing and disposal to avoid multiplicity of proceedings:

1.1 The issue under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 16.04.2021include non-receipt of the following information sought by the appellant through the RTI application dated 02.11.2020and first appeal dated 07.01.2021:-

(i) Certified copy of the Bank audit report in respect of financial year subject covering the period from 1.3.2016 to 01.03.2018.

(ii) Certified copy of the list of beneficiaries who have received subsidy regarding the loan availed by them under PMEGP and CMEGP Scheme and list of beneficiaries have not received the subside regarding the loan availed under PMEGF and CMEGF.

(iii) Certified copy of the log book regarding use of Bank vehicle by the Branch manager during his duty hours in the Branch an
