1. The issues under consideration arising out of the second appeal dated 19.09.2017 include non-receipt of the following information raised by the appellant through his RTI application dated 08.02.2017and first appeal dated

03.04.2017:-

a) Date of official publication / announcement of results of written test held for promotion from Clerical Cadre to officer Scale-I (OJM-1) held 29.01.2016 at Maria's Day School, G. T. Road (S), Howrah, arranged by the erstwhile Howrah Gramin Bank, vide Notification No.

HGB/PAD/CR/31/2005 dated 29.12.2015 through IBPS, Mumbai.

b) The names of the successful candidates (first forty i.e. 1 to 40 only) as per result sheet of said written test according to their seniority order.

2. Succinctly facts of the case are that the appellant filed an application dated 08.02.2016 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Paschim Bagna Gramin Bank, Head Office, Howrah seeking aforesaid information.
