ORDER
1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 10.01.2024 seeking information on the following points:
1) Photocopy of the complaint application filed against Prashant Kumar Awasthi on 6 December 2023 by Ms. Garima Singh, working as a clerk in Baroda Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank branch, Shivil Kanpur Dehat.
2) Please provide the name, designation and authorized mobile number of the officer appointed for investigation and the investigation report.
