1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 03.08.2023 seeking information on the following points:

 In response to a previous RTI application, I was informed that there was a complaint of bullying/harassment/unprofessional conduct against a faculty member lodged by a Ph.D. student in 2019. In this context, kindly provide the following information.

1. Kindly provide a copy of the complaint of the Ph.D. student, response of the accused faculty member, copies of statements of witnesses, and other evidence.

2. Kindly provide a copy of the report of the fact finding committee.

3. Kindly provide a copy of the records (office order/email/memorandum/email etc.) concerning constitution and terms of reference of the fact finding committee.

4. Kindly inform whether the Ph.D. student requested for a change of supervisor, and if so, please inform whether the request was approved or declined. Please provide a copy of the concerned records.

5. Kindly inform:

(a) the date on which the complaint was lodged, (b) the date on which the fact finding committee submitted its report to IISER administration, (c) the date on which a copy of the fact finding re
