1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 09.05.2023 (offline) seeking the following information:

05.11.2020 को जल बोड+ 650 )पये जमा करा कर, मीटर लेकर नल कनै(cid:20)सन करवाया था। इसके प-चात मझु (cid:8)ाथ/ के पास 04 0सत1बर 2021 से 30 अ(cid:20)टूबर 2021 तक का पहला पानी का 3बल, 16590 )पये का आया िजसक5 (cid:1)त6थ 01 नव1बर 2021 है। इसके संबंध म# मन8 े जोनल राज अ6धकार(cid:18), !द"ल(cid:18) जल बोड+, आर. के. परुम, नई !द"ल(cid:18) 22, महोदय जी को !दनाकं 11.11.2021, 25.11.2021 व 15.03.2022 के 9वारा, 3बल म# द(cid:18) गयी रा0श को सह(cid:18) करने के 0लये (cid:1)नवेदन भी (cid:14)कया था ले(cid:14)कन अभी तक मेरे (cid:1)नवेदन पर =वभाग 9वारा >यान न !दया गया। इसके संबंध म# मझु (cid:8)ाथ/ को (cid:1)न1न0ल?खत जानकार(cid:18) !दलवाने क5 कृपा कर# िजसके 0लए म# 10 )पये भारतीय पोBटल ऑडर+ सलंDन कर रहा हूँ िजसका नंबर

2. The CPIO furnished a point-wise reply to the Appellant on 15.06.2023 stating as under:

“1. Bill copy attached.

2. The water bill generated for the period 04.09.2021 to 30.10.2021, in this bill addition adjustment amount of Rs-20813/- were added which were related to previous allottee Sh. Rohtash.

3. As above.

4. All three letters were processed.

5. As above facts no action is required on all three letters mentioned in R.T.I

6. Not required.

Note: In this regard you have already been informed in your previous R.T.I., I.D. No- 849 on dated-16.11.2022, vide this office reply dated 07.12.2022. Once again it is assured that the amount showing in the bills are concerned to previous allottee and it is also assured to you that you will not be asked for payment of this amount (16590 + LPSC thereon), at the time of giving N.O.C.”

3. Being dissatisfied, the appellant filed a First Appeal dated 19.10.2023.

4. Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied, appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal.
