1. The Appellant filed an (offline) RTI application dated 11.10.2023 seeking the following information:
2. The CPIO furnished a reply to the Appellant on 28.10.2023 stating as under:

(c) Para 1 (c). Mov order duly signed and stamped by proper auth, TD mov sanction letter provided by proper auth for course detailment letter in case of course/cadre and detention cert in original in case indl is claiming any reimbursement for tpt, accn or meals. (PCDA site)

(i) Part-Il order of NCC Ser 26 was pub on 20 Dec 2022, after verbal confirmation by the indl. A letter has been sent to AEC Trg Centre, Pachmari to confirm the correct dates of the course and cadre as claimed by the indi & for sp docu for correction if any. (Copy of letter No 15104/1/Obsn/Est dt 27 Oct 2023 att as Appx 'D').
(ii) A sig/ circular was sent to all br to ascertain any pending/ wrong Pt-ll order on 16 Mar 23 & 02 Jun 23. Indl has not confirmed any wrong casualties in the circular. (Copy att as Appx 'E').
(iii) Letter No 12654/1/GS(Edn) dt 21 Aug 2023 was sent by indl to this br regarding pending casualties. The a/m casualty was not mentioned by the indl in the letter. (Copy att as Appx 'F').
(f) Para 1 (f).
(i) Posting out Pt-Il order was pub on 23 Aug 23 & soft copy (xml file) was fwd to Edn Br on 30 Aug 2023, through Div Mail for uploading on AEC Record Website & again was re-uploaded on AEC Record Website on 19 Oct 2023. (Pl ref screen shots of both are att as Appx 'G').
(ii) The action taken has already been comn to indi vide this br letter No 15104/1/Obsn/Est dt 17 Oct 2023 (Ref at Para 2 (1).
(g) Para 1 (g).
(i) Already posted indl is taken on parade state on indi's mov order. If the indl fails to provide a mov order, the indl is taken on str on his phy arrival and indl is asked to deposit his mov order at the earliest for getting his casualty published. If the indl is absent, his resp br informs this br about his absence for further action. This br has approached AEC Trg Centre on 23 Aug 23 & reminder issued on 27 Oct 2023 for sp docu of the indl for confirming the course and cadre dates as the dates provided by the indl do not match up. (Copy of letter No 15104/1/Obsn/Est dt 23 Aug 2023 att as Appx 'H').
(h) Para 1 (h).
(i) Posting out Pt-ll order was pub on 23 Aug 23 & soft copy (xml file) was sent to Edn Br on 30 Aug 2023, through Div Mail for uploading on AEC Record Website & again was re-uploaded on AEC Record Website on 19 Oct 2023.
(ii) FS docus/958 was checked and fwd to indi's new unit vide our letter No 15403/1/Est dt 09 Oct 2023. (Pl ref copy of outgoing dak register att as Appx 'J').
