1. The Complainant filed an RTI application dated 01.09.2024 seeking information on the following points:
I request you to provide the following information regarding granting Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) as per Bipartite Settlement / Joint Note to employees of Regional Rural Banks, if not, specifically to Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank.
a) Whether Gol has delegated powers to interpret the eligibility criteria to Chief Manager HR of respective RRBs.
b) Whether there is any bar on eligibility of resigned employees as per the approval of Gol.
c) Whether action can be initiated on the officials responsible for not implementing the directions of the Board of Directors in toto or intentionally delaying or procrastinating without justification as per their whims and fancies or due to incompetence or indecisiveness, if yes, action initiated on officials responsible for no
