1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 13.02.2024 seeking information on the following points:

1. स(cid:656)ौवा उपडाकघर गबन ঋकरण म७ बचत खाता सं0 **5003 से िदनांक 18.02.92 को

ॺ0 26000/- की तथा किथत कपटपूण१ िनकासी एवं बचत खाता सं0 **4868 म७ िदनांक 6.08.91 म७ ॺ0 8000/- के तथाकिथत जमा रकम के दुिव१िनयोजन के स(cid:638)(cid:576) म७ आवेदक को ৯ापनांक-एफ-4/1/92-93 िदनांक 23.07.2013 (cid:554)ारा सेवा से बखा१(cid:721)

कर िदया गया है।

2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 06.03.2024 and the same is reproduced as under :-

“िबंदु 1-आप (cid:554)ारा मांगी गई सूचना (cid:681)्ঢगत सूचना के अंतग१त आती है। अतः मांगी गई सूचना आरटीआई 2005 की धारा 8 (1) (J) के अंतग१त देय नही ंहै।”

3. Dissatisfied with the response received from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 27.03.2024 alleging that the information provided was incomplete, false and misleading. The FAA vide order dated 10.04.2024 upheld the reply given by the CPIO.
