1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 23.12.2023 seeking information on the following points:
Nirmala Nogia Employee ID :- 5197621 Designation:- Junior scale 1 working in Punjab National Bank Surat Branch -Ring Road 010210 had filled a case of Protection Of Women From Domestics Violence Act, 2005 under Section 12,18,19,22,23 against me (Ravi Hindonia) husband of Nirmala Nogia(5197621) and my family in gram Nyayalay Raipur District Pali Rajasthan and seeking for interim maintenance under Section 23 Of Protection Of Women From Domestic Violence Act 2005. For which she had filed an income affidavit under the guidance of Honorable Supreme Court Delhi where she disclose her monthly salary as 36000/- (attached pdf page no. 15) so as per the recent guidelines by CIC husband can ask to disclose wife gross salary or other information
