1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 02.02.2024 seeking information on the following points:
1) यह है िक ঋाथ१नी ने आपकी शाखा म७ पআांक-3/2023 िदनांक 11-18-2023 को भारतीय (cid:720)ेट ब॰क जसपुर शाखा ঋबंधक महोदय जी को ঋाथ१ना-पআ िदया था ঋितिलिप पर ौरसीिवंग कराई थी। िजसकी छायाঋितिलिप संन है।
2) यह है िक उঢ ঋाथ१ना पআ पर ब॰क (cid:554)ारा ভा काय१वाही की गयी। काय१वाही की ঋमािणत ঋितिलिप उपल(cid:617) कराये।
3) यह है िक उঢ ঋाथ१ना पআ पर अगर काय१वाही नहीं ॽयी है तो कब तक काय१वाही होगी, िक ঋमािणत ঋितिलिप उपल(cid:617) कराये।
4) यह है िक यिद मागी गयी सूचना को लोक सूचना अिधकारी को समयाविध के अ(cid:566)ग१त ह(cid:721)ा(cid:566)ौरत करे। तथा अपीलीय अिधकारी का नाम, पद नाम, व पता भी उपल(cid:617) कराये।
2. Having not received any response from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 02.04.2024.
3. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 30.04.2024 and the same is reproduced as under:-
