O R D E R

FACTS The Appellant vide RTI application sought information, as under:-

a. Please provide name and address of under construction hospitals under Delhi Govt.

b. Please provide name and address of functional hospitals under Delhi Govt.

c. For each of hospitals as per point b, please provide number of beds (general, icu, any other) in above hospitals.

d. For each of hospitals as per point b, please provide number of OPDs attended in each of the last 3 months. Kindly provide data specialty wise.

e. For each of hospitals as per point b, please provide number of Dialysis machines in use as on date of reply.

l. For each of hospitals as per point b, please provide specialty wise doctors, nurses, ward boys etc who resigned/left job during financial year 2019-20, 2020-21 and2021-22.

m. For each of hospitals as per point b, please provide sanctioned strength of specialty wise doctors, nurses, ward boys etc.

n. For each of hospitals as per point b, please provide vacancy as on date of specialty wise doctors, nurses, ward boys etc.

o. For each of hospitals as per point b, please provide date and copy of letter or representation or advertisement by Medical Superintendent of Hospital to fill thevacancies. Please provide all such documents issued/published between 01 Apr 2019 till date.

The PIO vide letter dated 14.09.2022 furnished a reply to the Appellant. Dissatisfied with the reply of the CPIO, the Appellant approached the FAA.The order of the FAA, if any, is not on the record of the Commission.

Thereafter, the Appellant filed a Second Appeal before the Commission.

Facts emerging during the hearing:

The following were present:

Appellant: Absent Respondent: Dr. Arvind Mohan, DMS,s attended the hearing.

The Appellant remained absent during the hearing.

The Respondent while reiterating the contents of the RTI Application stated that the Appellant had sought information regarding name and address of the under construction hospitals under Delhi Government and related issues. He submitted that vide letter dated 01.09.2022 and 14.09.2022, they had furnished a detailed reply along with the all relevant enclosures, as per record available in their office. Hence, no further information remained to be provided to the Appellant, he said.

The Appellant was not present to contest the submissions of the Respondent.

DECISION:

The Commission after adverting to the facts and circumstances of the case, submission made by the Respondent and perusal of records, observes that an appropriate reply has been furnished by the CPIO as per the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005. No further intervention by the Commission is required in the matter.

The Appeal stands disposed accordingly.
