O R D E R

FACTS The Complainant vide his RTI application sought information on points, as under:-

1. Kindly provide the certified copies of names, designation of all staffs engaged in the legal section of directorate of education during the above said period on chronological order as per table given below.

Kindly provide the certified copies of approval order, sanction order, utilization order, and Sanctioned Post creation order accorded from the GOI/DOPTs/A&N Administration or competent authority for engagement of all present staffs working in legal section of directorate of education during the above said period.

3. Kindly provide the certified copies of all correspondences noting, files and the name & Designation of the competent authority to sanction the teaching staffs engaged for clerical work at legal section of directorate of education during the above said period.

4. Kindly provide the certified copies of attendance register and bio-metric attendance details of all staffs working in legal section of Directorate of Education during the above said period.

5. Kindly provide the certified copies of salaries paid to the staffs of legal section directorate of education with effect from 01/01/2008 to till the disposal of my RTI application along with the list as detailed given below

6. Kindly provide the certified copies of orders for engagement of legal assistant/ Advocate for dealing with all legal matters and courts matter in the legal section of Directorate of Education.

7. If so, kindly provide the certified copies of approval order, sanction order, utilization order, accorded from the GOI/DOPTs/A&N Administration or competent authority along with all correspondences noting, files for engagement of legal works at legal section of directorate of education during the above said period.

8. Kindly provide the certified copies of all the litigations filed with effect from 01/01/2008 to till the disposal of my RTI application.

9. Kindly provide the certified copies of present status of settled litigation. &disposed litigation with effect from 01/01/2008 to till the disposal of my RTI application.

10. Kindly provide the certified copies of present status of all on-going litigation pending in court with effect from 01/01/2008 to till the disposal of my RTI application.

11. Kindly provide the certified copies of all contempt cases indifferent courts by the Education Department, A & N Administration with effect from 01/01/2008 to till the disposal of my RTI application along with the reasons of each contempt case.

12. Kindly provide the certified copies of all expenditures incurred for contempt cases by Education Department, A & N Administration with effect from 01/01/2008 to till the disposal of my RTI application.

13. Kindly provide the certified copies of all officials with designation attended in court on behaves of Education department for contempt cases in different courts with effect from

01/01/2008 to till the disposal of my RTI application.

Dissatisfied due to non-receipt of any response from the CPIO, the Complainant approached the FAA. The order of the FAA, if any, is not on the record
