The right to information under the RTI Act must balance transparency demands with procedural efficiency, and authorities are obliged to provide accessible information while maintaining workflow integrity.

Headnote:(A) Right to Information Act, 2005 - Sections 6(1), 6(3), 7(1), and 19(1) - RTI application filed by appellant seeking information related to various letters and requests made to Municipal Corporation of Delhi was met with incomplete and allegedly misleading responses from the PIO - Appellant claimed violation of RTI Act and sought complete information - Firstly, the appeal was directed to provide revised pointwise information, which was still not received - The court reaffirmed that while the right to information is crucial, it must align with procedural requirements and public authority efficiencies.
